با درود به روح بزرگ مرد استاد دکتر نصرت اله ساریخانی استاد عزیزی که اواخر سال 1380 یا اوایل سال1381 با ایشان آشنا شدم و به عنوان دستیار در دانشکده منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران در خدمت ایشان بودم از همان اوایل مجذوب ایشان شدم و علاقمند به کار با دکتر شدم و دکتر هم متوجه این موضوع بودند و با علاقه و حوصله مطالب جاده سازی را برای من توضیح می دادند من هم سعی می کردم مطالب را خوب یادبگیرم و آماده یادگیری مطالب جدید شوم تا اینکه دکتر در سال هشتادو بازنشسته شدند و چون علاقه به یادگیری زیادی داشتم و در عملیات های صحرایی پویا و چالاک بودم روزی فرمودند که یا من زود بازنشسته شدم یا شما دیر اومدید چون شما می توانید جاده ساز خوبی برای آینده باشید. من به درس جاده های جنگلی علاقه زیادی داشتم و همیشه توصیه می کردند که به درسم ادامه دهم حدود بیست سال با دکتر در ارتباط دور و نزدیک بودم تلفنی و حضوری و خاطرات و درس های علمی و زندگی و اخلاقی زیادی از ایشان یاد گرفتم و به گواه خانم دکتر همسر گرامی دکتر ساریخانی همدم و هم‌صحبت دکتر بودم و اگر یک هفته با ایشان تماس نداشتم دلتنگ می شدم و بلافاصله تماس می گرفتم در غیر اینصورت آقای دکتر با بزرگواری تماس می گرفتند و می فرمودند نگران شدم و زنگ زدم. یک دنیا از دکتر خاطره دارم خاطره های شیرین که شیرینی زندگیم هستند و خیلی دلتنگشان هستم. فکر می کنم خاطرات زیادی را که از ایشان دارم بنویسم و تداعی روزهای شیرین گذشته شود.سپاس از شما و خانواده استاد عزیزم

Nosrat has been a friend of the Gläser family as long as I can remember. When my brother and I came to Iran in 2000 to rediscover the country of our childhood, Nosrat took us to Kheyrud to show us what had been accomplished there in all those years. It was very cold during that trip and he surprised us by building a fire in the forest and prepared a very flavorful joojeh kebab right there. It was such a beautiful idea! So, when I think of Nosrat, I remember him as a food lover and a great travel companion. He always shared his vast knowledge of Persian history, geography and artifacts in a fun way and it was just a pleasure to discover parts of Iran in his company. I wish we had managed to take that trip to Mashad we kept talking about.

آقای دکتر نصرت الله ساریخانی ۱۳۹۹-۱۳۱۱ ، از اساتید پیش کسوت دانشکده منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران بود. دکتر ساریخانی جزو اولین اساتیدی بودند که انستیتوی جنگل و مرتع و سپس دانشکده منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران را شکل دادند. ایشان مدرک دکترای خود را در زمینه مدیریت جنگل از آلمان گرفته و کلیه دروس مهندسی جنگل را در دانشکده منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران تا زمان باز نشستگی عهده دار بودند. علاوه بر آن بعنوان اولین رئیس جنگل آموزشی و پژوهش دانشگاه تهران در خیرود کنار نوشهر خدمات برجسته ای در طراحی و اجرای طرحهای جنگلداری و بنیانگذاری آن داشتند. تدریس و عملیات درسی در جنگل ایشان همیشه مورد توجه و ستایش دانشجویانش قرار داشت و از این نظر جزو اساتید کم نظیر در احاطه به کار و تخصص خود بودند.
Prof. Dr. Nosratollah Sarikhani,1932- 2021, was one of the first professors who established the Forest and Rangeland Institute and then the Faculty of Natural Resources at the University of Tehran. He received his doctorate in forestry and forest management from Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, Freiburg im Breisgau, , Germany and was in charge of all forest engineering courses at the Faculty of Natural Resources, University of Tehran, until his retirement. In addition, as the first head of the Forest of Education and Research, the University of Tehran in Khairud, Nowshahr, Iran, had outstanding services and achievements in the design and implementation of forestry projects and its establishment. His teaching and teaching operations in the forest were always appreciated by his students and in this respect they were among the unique professors in their work and expertise.

«پست شخصیت این هفته به بهانه ی زادروز استادی ست که اولین سال نبودنش در بین
ماست...» نصرت الله ساریخانی متولد ۵ فروردین ۱۳۱۱؛ وی دارای دکترای رشته جنگلداری و از اساتید پیشکسوت دانشکده ی منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران بود دکتر ساریخانی کمک های زیادی به طبیعت ایران کرده اند که شاید نتوان از تمامی آنها نام برد این استاد فرهیخته از پژوهشگران و صاحب نظران حوزه ی منابع طبیعی بود و علاوه بر آموزش و تربیت دانشجویان بی شمار؛ فعالیتهای اجرایی مهم در طراحی و اجرای طرح های جنگلداری و بنیانگذاری آن از جمله راه اندازی انستیتوی جنگل و مرتع دانشکده ی منابعطبیعی دانشگاه تهران داشت.
ایشان در روز ۲۳ اسفند ۱۳۹۹ دارفانی را وداع گفتند.

Nusrat Ollah Sarikhani Born April 25, 1931; He had a doctorate in forestry and was a veteran professor at the Faculty of Natural Resources, University of Tehran. Dr. Sarikhani has contributed greatly and beyond counts to Iran's nature.
This knowledgeable and scholarly professor was a profound researcher and an experts in the field of natural resources who educated countless students; He had important executive activities in the design and implementation of forestry projects and their realization, including the establishment of the Forest and Rangeland Institute of the Faculty of Natural Resources, University of Tehran. He passed away on March 13, 2021.
May he rest in peace and his followers be plenty

هیچگاه از هم صحبتی با ایشان خسته نشدم و هیچگاه احساس نکردم ممکن است پاسخی برای سوالم نداشته باشد، همواره امید به پاسخ داشتم و پرسیدم و همواره پاسخی داشت.
کمتر کسی را اینچنین غنی از نکات فنی و درک مسائل جنگل دیدم. »
« I was Dr. Sarikhani's assistant for eight years and in charge of student operations. I never got tired of talking to him and I never felt that there might not be an answer to my questions. I always hoped for an answer and I asked and it always had an answer.
I have not seen anyone so rich in technical points and understanding of forest issues. »
روح این استاد گرانقدر شاد و یاد و خاطره اش مانا باد! اولین اردو دانشجویی و جنگل خیرود و طراحی و مسیریابی شبکه جاده و نقشه برداری و خط پروژه و پروفیل عرضی و محاسبات خاکی و طراحی پل قوسی ... یاد ايشان بخیر. انسانی شریف و استادی دانشمند ذخیره ای از ذخایر دانایی کشور و تخصص جنگل را از دست دادیم

یگانه دوران بودند. خوش قلب و پاک و مهربان و بی کینه و حامی همانند کوه. به روز و با دانش و خوش تیپ و دوست داشتنی با لبخند زیبا. گوهری را از دست دادیم.
« He was unique in his era. Good-hearted, pure, kind, ruthless and supportive like a mountain. Up-to-date, knowledgeable, handsome and lovable. The first photo in my post that I left with tears is thirty-five years ago. He was always up to date and always with an inquisitive smile. We lost a gem. »
آقای دکتر ساریخانی از اولین دقایق شروع انستیتو جنگل و مرتع دانشکده کشاورزی همکار مرحوم گلایزر بود و بعدها تدریس همان درس ها را در دانشکده بعدی جنگلداری بر عهده گرفت و از پایه گذاران بهره برداری و مهندسی جنگل در دانشکده منابع طبیعی شد.دکتر ساریخانی را همه همکاران و دانشجویان او به سخت کوشی و استحکام در نظر می شناختند. ایشان هم همانند همه ما که خواهیم رفت با نامی نیک دنیا را ترک گفت. یادش همیشه جاویدان و تسلیت به همسر و دخترانش.
Dr. Sarikhani was the assistant and colleague of the late Professor Gläser from the first years of the Forest and Natural Resources Institute of the Faculty of Agriculture. Later, he taught the same courses at the next Faculty of Forestry and became one of the founders of forest exploitation and engineering at the Faculty of Natural Resources. His colleagues and students knew him for his hard work and perseverance. His memory will always be eternal.
بر کسی پوشیده نیست این بزرگوار بر ما حق بسیار دارد و جنگل خیرود یادگار طراحی جاده از اوست. البته شاگردان زیادی که اکنون در کسوت استادی هستند، یادگار بسیار ارزشمند تر این استاد هستند..
« It is not a secret to anyone that this noble man has done right by us. The forest of Khairud is a relic of his road design. Of course, many students who are now in the guise of masters are much more valuable relics of him. »
